Na\u010din prehranjevanja lahko vpliva na stanje na\u0161ih zob, s tem pa na na\u0161 nasmeh in udobje v \u017eivljenju. V tem \u010dlanku bomo predstavili vpliv prehrane na zdrave dlesni in zobe ter podali nekaj nasvetov, kako spremeniti vsakodnevni jedilnik in tako poskrbeti za stanje na\u0161ih zob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I. Vloga prehrane pri zdravju dlesni in zob<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vpliv sladkorjev in ogljikovih hidratov na karies<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Enostavni sladkorji in ogljikovi hidrati so glavni krivci za nastanek zobne gnilobe. Bakterije v ustih pretvorijo sladkorje in ogljikove hidrate v kislino, ki uni\u010duje zobno sklenino in povzro\u010da nastanek kariesa. Zato se je priporo\u010dljivo izogibati u\u017eivanju ve\u010djih koli\u010din sladkarij, sladkanih pija\u010d ali prigrizkov, bogatih s sladkorji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Vloga beljakovin, kalcija in fosforja pri obnovi sklenine<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Beljakovine, kalcij in fosfor imajo klju\u010dno vlogo pri obnavljanju sklenine ter ohranjanju zdravja kosti, dlesni in zob. Kalcij in fosfor sta bistvena minerala za zobe in glavna gradnika sklenine. Beljakovine kot vir aminokislin so bistvene za proizvodnjo kolagena, ki vpliva na zdravje dlesni. Zato je vredno poskrbeti, da na\u0161a prehrana zagotavlja vse potrebne vitamine.
