V zadnjih letih se vse ve\u010d pozornosti posve\u010da zdravemu na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja in s tem tudi zdravemu prehranjevanju. V tem \u010dlanku bomo predstavili vpliv prehrane na zdravje posameznika in podali nekaj nasvetov, kako spremeniti svoj vsakodnevni jedilnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I. Vloga prehrane za zdravje ljudi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>U\u010dinki na kardiovaskularni sistem<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Neustrezna prehrana lahko vodi do bolezni srca in o\u017eilja, kot so ateroskleroza, hipertenzija in bolezni srca. U\u017eivanje izdelkov, bogatih z nasi\u010denimi ma\u0161\u010dobami in soljo, lahko pove\u010da tveganje za te bolezni. Raznoliki obroki bodo zagotovili vse potrebne hranilne snovi, vitamine in minerale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Zmanj\u0161anje koli\u010dine predelane hrane<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Izogibajte se u\u017eivanju velikih koli\u010din predelane hrane, kot so hitra hrana, sladkarije, prigrizki, slani prigrizki ali sladkane pija\u010de.
